Booth Activities

When selecting appropriate booth activities (i.e., cholesterol testing, celebrity autographs, etc.), please refer to the ACP Rules & Regulations.

Activities To Be Reviewed For Approval

Live Ultrasound Scanning

Live scanning of human subjects is permitted in your assigned exhibit booth when paired with an educational component. Exhibitors must comply with the following ultrasound scanning regulations:

Exhibiting companies must review and follow FDA's policy on over-the-counter marketing of ultrasound devices.
Models must be pre-screened, sign a consent form, and be provided with a fact sheet.

Giveaways/Raffles

When selecting giveaways/raffles, please refer to the ACP Rules & Regulations. The distribution of giveaways/raffles will be limited to those items considered acceptable based on ACP's Position Paper on Physician-Industry Relations.

Giveaways must be less than $10 in value. (See list for approved/unapproved items)
